Calendar - Interactive calendars now can be added to your 3.0 website. Just a few possible uses include online team signups, reservations at your bed & breakfast, requesting an appointment for your services, displaying the hours that you are open, and much much more. You control whether visitors can add events, what types of events they can add, what information they must enter when adding an event, where you want your e-mail notification sent whenever a visitor adds an appointment, the calendar's initial timezone, etc. These and other calendar controls are provided in the new Calendar Manager tool. Display options such as where and how a calendar is displayed in your website are provided in the new Calendar Component.

Enhancement for Shopping Cart - ability to customize the creation of categories as well as the ability to easily assign products to those categories.
Item Component - allows you to sell any item in your catalog from any page of your Web site. For example, add an item component to your Web site's home page to offer a "Special of the Month" or "Featured Product" which visitors can add directly to their shopping cart.

Enhancement of the Flash Component - A new set of Flash layouts is offered, replacing the old choices. The new layouts use the latest Flash technology for better inclusion of your images, text and music; they load faster; they play more consistently; and they look nicer. The Flash Component editor has been rewritten offering more text formatting options and verification of valid image format.
A new image selector offers easier scrolling through your site's image list when selecting an image to use with an image component, when setting an item's image, etc.
New component types to add item group and package information to the pages of your site.
The "Add Component" list has been reorganized. A new Ecommerce group lists all Ecommerce related component types in one place. That will allow easier selection when adding a component.
A new prompt in the Domains manager's Transfer your Domain section asking if you have email set up for the domain name that you wish to transfer. This is to ensure that settings are made before the transfer so that your email service based upon that domain name is not interrupted.
Add Tax Rule now generates multiple rules if you enter a list of zip codes or if you apply the new tax rule to both order amount and shipping method(s).
A prompt to change password now appears when you first log in to your user account. You will also be asked to set your Hint Question and Answer. This information is used if you forget your password and when you contact Customer Care.
